All about us
We are Mike and Rachael Harris (otherwise known as Mr and Mrs Mouse), and we are delighted to be the hosts of the Mouse House and Alpaca Cabana. We moved to this beautiful rural property beside The Severn Way in 2012, and in 2014 were married in the woodland right here. We share the space with Claude the Cockerel and his lady friends Helen, Simone and Darth (named by a much loved Godson), along with a collection of ducks whose numbers vary throughout the year. We also have Freddie the dog, Archie and Betty the cats, and the amazing Owen and Alun-Wyn the alpacas (named after Rugby captains in our divided rugby household).
Within the grounds of what used to be a Welsh hill farm we are proud to offer two high quality, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated holiday destinations to guests looking to relax, enjoy their surroundings and to explore the beautiful destinations which Mid Wales and Powys has to offer.
